Shipping Policy – International Orders (Worldwide)
Pink Hues offers worldwide shipping in partnership with leading Indian and international courier providers.
If delivery services from carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other international couriers are restricted in your region, please contact our customer support team for alternative shipping options.
International Shipping Charges
International shipping is charged at a flat rate ranging from ₹2,499 to ₹3,329, depending on the destination country. The amount will be displayed at checkout in your local currency where applicable.
Duties and Taxes

Prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes payable in India.

Import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, or other taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery.

Some courier partners may charge an additional service fee if they clear customs on your behalf. To avoid such fees, you may contact the courier directly using your tracking number and complete customs formalities yourself, where permitted.
Delivery Timeline
International orders are generally delivered within 9–12 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, border inspections, local courier operations, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery period.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier partner will attempt to contact you. It is your responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or pickup and ensure receipt of the shipment.
Returned or Unclaimed Shipments
If an international order is returned to Pink Hues because it was unclaimed, refused, or could not be delivered, the refund amount will be reduced by:

Customs duties, taxes, and handling fees incurred on both directions.
Any remaining eligible amount may be issued as store credit.
Order Tracking
