Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in the same condition as received.

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with relevant photographs and order details so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Special-order products

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to obtain a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification.

The returned item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
